Cancellation and Change Request Policy

At this time we are unable to change, edit, or modify orders.  All orders are final.  
Once a shipping label is printed, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information.   If you no longer want the order, please refuse the package and it will be shipped back to us.  Once we receive it, we will issue you a full refund for your purchase amount.   Refunds will only be applied to the original payment source.  
If you keep your package, open it and want to return any item, please contact us at and we will send you return instructions.  The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt and must include a Return Authorization Number.
