Do you offer a warranty?

By taking care of your PlanetBox products, you can expect years of dependable service. PlanetBox warrants PlanetBox stainless steel products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of original purchase.  Other PlanetBox products (Soft goods, Magnets, Lids, Caps, Seals and glass dish) are to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. 

PlanetBox’s sole obligation under this warranty and any implied warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at PlanetBox’s option, of any component that fails to conform to this warranty.

Any problem that is caused by abuse or negligence is not covered.  Normal wear and color fading/scratching are not covered.  Scuffing, scratching, staining, and small tears are considered normal wear and are not grounds for a warranty replacement.  Mold, staining and smells are not warrantied as they are not considered manufacturer defects.    Breakage that results from dropping the Satellite Dish is not grounds for a warranty replacement. 

Customers who purchased their items from PlanetBox.com or PlanetBox’s Seller Website on Amazon.com should contact us at info@planetbox.com regarding any warranty concern.  

Customers who purchased their items from one of our retail partners located in the US or Canada as listed on our website, planetbox.com, should also contact us at info@planetbox.com regarding any warranty concern.  

Customers who purchased their items from one of our retail partners located anywhere OUTSIDE the US or Canada as listed on our website, planetbox.com, should directly contact that business with any warranty concern.
