What is your return policy?

We stand by every product we ship. If you are not pleased and excited by your new PlanetBox, you can return your items to us for a refund within 30 days of receipt.  This applies only to purchases made through our website or through (which we fulfill ourselves).  Purchases made through a store other than or are subject to the return policy of the store itself.  

Returned goods must be clean. You are welcome to return items to us using the shipping carrier of your choice. We encourage you to include delivery confirmation (no signature needed however), just to avoid any potential mix-ups by the shippers, but that's ultimately your choice.

Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Please email us at for a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
