Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on what you are ordering and where the package is being shipped to. You can view the shipping charges for your order in your shopping cart before you purchase and finalize your order. All costs are shown in US dollars.
How long until my order leaves your warehouse? We strive to ship your order within 1-4 business days of placing your order. Most days we are moving super-fast and ship the same day. Sometimes, during busy times, it may take a little longer. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
How long will the order be in transit? USPS and FedEx give estimates for transit time. Most tracking information will include an expected delivery date, which is not a guaranteed delivery date – just an estimated delivery time.

I’m outside the US – what can I expect? Duties/taxes/VAT are taxes levied on imports by the customs authorities of your country to raise revenue. It is not a shipping charge, but it is a tax on the items purchased. Whether your local government decides to charge you extra for duties, taxes or any other additional customs charges is entirely done at their discretion. Some international customers report that they have been charged extra, and some report that they do not have to pay extra. How much extra seems to depend on where you live and what/how much you order. We have no control over whether your local customs officials charge you extra, and as such we bear no responsibly for these charges – you, the recipient, will need to pay them. FedEx or your local Post Office may try to call you to collect duty/VAT over the phone before they deliver your package, or they may send you a bill for the duty/VAT after they deliver your package.

We recently had to stop shipping packages to Kuwait as the Postal Service was not reliably delivering them. We are sorry for the inconvenience - we do wish we could ship there but without reliable delivery service, we cannot.
