Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on what you are ordering and where the package is being shipped to. You can view the shipping charges for your order in your shopping cart before you purchase and finalize your order. All costs are shown in US dollars.
We are currently offering free 3 day FedEx Express Saver to addresses in the Continental U.S. Continental US is defined as all the 48 contiguous US states, which excludes Hawaii and Alaska. We are only offering Free Shipping on the places that FedEx Express Saver delivers to - which does NOT include Hawaii, Alaska, APO address, or PO Boxes. $100 of product must be in your cart, which does not include any taxes.
How long until my order leaves your warehouse?
It takes us from 1 to 4 business days, from when you place your order, to ship it out from our warehouse located in California. Our business days are Monday through Friday. You will receive an email with your shipment's tracking information once your package leaves our warehouse.
How long will the order be in transit?
USPS and FedEx give estimates for transit time. Most tracking information will include an expected delivery date, which is not a guaranteed delivery date – just an estimated delivery time. Please know that FedEx does not ship on weekends or holidays.

I’m outside the US – what can I expect?
Duties/taxes/VAT are taxes levied on imports by the customs authorities of your country to raise revenue. The taxes are not included in the shipping charge that you pay to us. The taxes are not paid through our website unless you are shipping to Canada and choose our FedEx option.
We have no control over whether your local customs officials charge you for duty/VAT and as such we bear no responsibly for these charges – you, the recipient, will need to pay them. FedEx or your local Post Office may try to call you to collect duty/VAT over the phone before they deliver your package, or they may send you a bill for the duty/VAT after they deliver your package.
(Please note that ONLY the FedEx Int'l Economy option for Canadian destinations will include the duty/tax fees during checkout.)
